I'm Jenny Livanos, a Certified Louise Hay Workshop Leader and Coach, holistic optometrist and natural therapist.

Throughout my professional life, I have been passionate about helping people explore the connection between their thoughts, emotions, lifestyle and wellbeing.

My work is inspired by the teachings of Louise Hay, particularly the importance of self-love, positive affirmations, gratitude and recognising the beliefs that influence how we experience life.

I believe we all have the opportunity to learn, grow and discover new possibilities, whatever stage of life we are in.

Through Meraki Essence, I bring together personal development, positive thinking, mindfulness and creative practices to encourage people to reconnect with themselves and explore what truly matters to them.

Whether through a Heal Your Life® workshop, individual coaching or vision boarding, my intention is to provide a warm and supportive space for reflection, self-discovery and personal growth.
